The home was a single-story ranch, and the clients needed space without relocating. The addition had to read as original construction, not an afterthought.
What we delivered
We matched the existing siding, trim, and roof profile so the new level looks like it was always there. Interior scope included a primary suite with a walk-in closet, two children’s bedrooms, and a shared bath, plus a dedicated HVAC zone so the new rooms stay comfortable year-round.
