The challenge
Two load-bearing walls and a dropped ceiling made the kitchen feel cramped and dark. The clients wanted an open plan without losing their formal dining room.
What we delivered
We engineered and installed a flush steel beam to open the sightlines, then rebuilt the space with shaker cabinetry, a quartz waterfall island, and LED under-cabinet lighting. New plumbing and electrical were run before the finishes went in, so the walls opened up for paint, not patching.
“We cook together every night now. It doesn’t feel like a remodel — it feels like the house we always wanted.”
