The challenge
The clients wanted a home that felt established the day they moved in — traditional craftsmanship, honest materials, and none of the upkeep that plagues new construction.
What we delivered
We broke ground in early fall and worked through two winters to keep the schedule on track. A full spray-foam envelope, standing-seam metal roof, and masonry veneer give the home its character while keeping energy bills low. Inside, custom white-oak millwork, a two-story great room, and a chef’s kitchen anchor the living spaces.
