The challenge
The lease required full possession in eight weeks, and the storefront sat between two active businesses that could not close during the day.
What we delivered
We worked a night schedule for all demolition and ceiling work, then ran the millwork, fixtures, and finishes during the day. New data, power, and HVAC were distributed to support the client’s point-of-sale and back-of-house systems, and the storefront was prepped for the brand’s signage package.
