The challenge
The site sat on a flood-prone parcel with a two-story drop-off, and the glass-heavy envelope demanded near-zero tolerance on the curtain-wall grid.
What we delivered
We drove a deep foundation package and a steel superstructure to hit the owner’s aggressive topping-out date. The unitized curtain wall was set with laser-guided tolerances, and the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing packages were coordinated in a single BIM model to keep the floor plates open.
